Eh? >OTTAWA, Jan 11 (Reuters) - Mounting takeover speculation is again circling Newbridge Networks Corp. as the network gear firm's stock climbed on a ratings upgrade and contract news on Tuesday. Shares in the Ottawa-based network gear developer reached an intraday high of C$38.25 on the Toronto Stock Exchange but closed lower at C$36.75. On New York, the issue touched an intra-day high of 26-3/16 before retreating to 25-1/2, a gain of 1-7/16.
