"I just don't like the premium they paid of my shares"

The deal won't close for a year, it's also an assumption at this point in time to think a premium of any magnitude has been paid. I'm sittin' tight till the cards are on the table. AOL isn't goin' through the floor, so why the rush to bail, before ya know what the future holds.

When AOL bought NSCP it looked like we (NSCP) was sold down the river. AOL split and we got .90 shares of AOL for each share of AOL. In the end, the only guys that were pissed, were the ones that bitched and bailed out. Their probably still bitchin'.
