I received my 4q99 dividend from Broadwing. For
clarification, I have just e-mailed Wayne Buckhout of
the Broadwing investor relations department. When I
receive his response, I will post it.

You are absolutely correct about Broadwing flying upward
and onward.

Ted here's the low down on the BRW dividend:

Mr. Thompson:
Broadwing (then Cincinnati Bell) eliminated its common-share dividend last
summer upon announcing a proposed merger with IXC Communications Inc. of
Austin, Texas. The last quarterly dividend payment was Aug. 3. The change
was noted in a news release mailed to all shareholders in September, and in
the proxy statement for the Oct. 29 special meeting of shareholders to vote
on merger-related issues.
The dividend reinvestment and direct investment program remains in effect,
although only the direct investment portion of the plan is relevant. Please
contact me if you have any additional questions.
