Sawtooth: What is fascinating about this financing is that it is simple and straightforward. Equity funding through issuing more stock. Never thought that anything like that would occur to BS, since the more convoluted and involved the funding the more fun it seemed to be for him. Kept his brain active and his wheeler and dealer self image intact. What do you suppose has happened? Is he actually going somewhere in a straight line rather than all around the side lanes? Fun. Chaz
