Sofa Kingdom,

Thanks for a well written post. This current management team's track record has been impeccable and has gained the reputation of being conservative but yet forth coming with readily available information. I am quite certain this episode has embarrassed them and they will be doing something to stop it in the future. Trust me on that one.

KJ

>>If handled right this company has the right raw materials to do very well.<<

And Ashok provides a concise framework. The middle of a 52 week price range is far more attractive than the top for a long term investor, as evidenced today. And the bad news is out now.

Good buy,

Douglas

Sofa Kingdom

Thank you, profoundly.
Now watch your back. I thought that I was saying much the same. Believe me the thread doesn't want to hear it.

Sofa -Excellent post- I think this has really been the first time that Ancor has been re-active to the market in the last year. They have gotten the product out, bolstered management, built company infrastructure - done a successful secondary -clean balance sheet.
I think they may have gotten a little complacent because none of the rumors about them have stuck in the last year. They may have forgotten that this wasn't a rumor
(tongue in cheek).
I thought it was a rumor as they have spent 1 1/2 year building up trust with Investors with underpromisinf and overperforming. I've met Ken and I'm sure he was humbled by this experience and he's already a pretty modest guy so I think he will take this episode to heart analyze - note it and make sure it doesn't happen again - Ken's new to this game but his learning curve is good IMHO. I think he moves forward n a positive manner from here.
