Not to my knowledge. But they do own some amount of Hartcourt which has risen from less than $1 to about $15.

OK, I give up. Why has the stock been acting so crazy lately? We headed up toward $20 on no significant news I can find. Two days ago, I get the shareholders packet saying they are giving away a large percentage of the stock to new blood at $2.25. Why would we do that when the stock is so high? Natch, the last couple of days, the stock has lost a bit (profit taking?). In other words, I don't have a clue. Anybody out there to help? Thank you in advance, Dale
