Peter-- I saw that earlier,,, $15 MIL is peanuts and means nothing IMO. They could probably settle for 10% if they thought it was anything of substance. I do not think that has anything to do with it and todays mkt moves should have discounted that anyway..
Coming up now and up 1/2 or so is fine,, LOL! ANY DAY!!
