I spoke with investor relations today and they confirmed the new $2 Billion financing facility -- said that it would be announced shortly, along with some new acquisitions. This is different than the $600 million private placement that took place in October. They said that most of the new credit has already been alloted to acquisitions. Am looking forward to seeing what these are. Should hear before the end of the month. Does anyone on this tread believe that there might be a deal in the works between AMT and TWRS? France Telcom needs to divest majority of its 42 million shares of TWRS in order to proceed with another deal they are working. The France Telcom stake in TWRS accounts for roughly 1/4 of the total shares of the company. AMT much less leveraged than its peers in the sector. This would seem to present an opportunity for AMT to strike a deal with or for TWRS, possibly in conjunction with France Telcom. Does anyone have any views on this possibility?
