Well, I suppose you might as well subpoena Ragingbull for some aliases. You might also consider serving that stock broker who was mentioned in a company new release that touted a private placement that somehow never materialized. You know the broker I'm talking about. He's the one with a history of working for a firm described by the SEC as a "criminal enterprise." After that, he worked for yet another penny-stock dealer but quit his job when HITT's stock price reached its peak. What do you think he did during the stock run-up? I think it would be interesting to see his trading records.
