Agreed. It wasn't too long ago he was on CNBC telling the world to sell INTC when it was trading around $50. The stock never stayed there very long. Now, he's telling people INTC is going to $100. It's all become a numbers game (e.g. Qualcomm target of $1000!) Personally, I try to see if there is any "substance" or analysis behind the numbers. It's pretty easy to tell if an analyst has an agenda if he/she focuses only on the "-" and ignores the "+" (or vice-versa).
