Scott, For almost three years VICL traded like a cinder block. I just could not figure out the darned thing. Now, after having broken out solidly from the teens and holding so strongly in the upper twenties, guess what?.... I haven't a clue as to why this has happened either! Maybe technicals have reached such a ripe point and the short term traders finally lost their hold of it. Whatever the reason I am tickled to death that I held every share I own and will probably continue to do so until this tree brings forth actual fruit. This baby finally got some legs.
