ADGI Announces Expanded Services in Venezuela Business Editors HICKORY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 23, 1999--American Diversified Group, Inc. (OTCBB:ADGI) announced today that Global Transmedia Communications Corporation ("Global") has signed a second agreement providing expanded telecommunication services in Venezuela. ADGI is extremely pleased with the results of its decision to accelerate the development of its telecommunication services worldwide and its acquisition of Global. Many opportunities are available, being negotiated and currently in process. The immediate benefit of the new agreement allows Global to expand into the markets of Maracaibo and Valencia, the second and third largest cities in Venezuela. Global projects growth in these two markets to be comparable to that in Caracas. Global projects the combined revenues to be twice that previously announced for Venezuela. Additionally, the new service adds a redundancy to the Global network, helping to insure continuous system operations. Finally, with full deregulation occurring in Venezuela by next November, Global will be positioned with an operating network countrywide to expand further into other cities and regions with local partners. This expansion in Venezuela is but another step in ADGI and Global's plans and strategy to grow into new markets quickly, to build a strong presence and being able to capitalize on telecommunication opportunities. ADGI believes the dynamics of telecommunications technology will continue to offer these opportunities to those positioned to take advantage of them. Global projects it will immediately begin to capture a significant amount of volume because of the tremendous cost savings offered by GTCNetLink over traditional calling rates while providing subscribers the same level of quality offered by traditional telecommunication companies. 6 Have a truly Merry Christmas and May God bestow His Richest Blessing on All !
