Yaacov, This deal changes the landscape going forward. The AOL that we existed when we were talking $100-$110 target no longer exists. The new combined entity will get to that level but it will take much longer. I will not hazard a guess as to when this may happen. AOL will more or less be caught in a trading range until the deal is done. Due to arbitrage, AOL will be under pressure as people short and leave AOL in many cases and buy calls or the stock of TWX.
