I'm inclined to agree with you I can't see Medsite being bought out, I think that the principles would get a much bigger bang for their buck and retain control by going the IPO route.

Once they have done an IPO; then a share swap, merger sounds mighty interesting, this whole game is about being the dominate player in your niche and a Healtheon/Medsite combination would be awfully dominate!!! And as a minor player in this drama it sounds more and more interesting for JDX.

BTW over at stockhouse BA Mitchell came up with the following:

No one has been able to nail down who actually owns the name but it is fun to speculate and gives an idea of the creative possibilities out there.
