You know, I don't recall IBM asking Sun to put NetDynamics application server on Linux instead of AIX, do you? :)

FYI: m$ft to pay perma-temps back $ for not allowing them to participate in ESSP program. Goes back to early 90's. Federal court refused appeal.
Kinda makes me grin.
I can just see the board room: "You mean we have to actually pay our employees?"
"Couldn't we just arrange a 'field trip' for them, some industrial accident or sell them into slavery?"
