doormouse,

I don't think that you will be able to find a data service that stores time and sales data as far back as December 9. It is my understanding that the exchanges (NYSE, AMEX, and Nasdaq) keep time and sales data for longer than 10 days, but I don't know for sure. If you can't resolve the dispute with your broker, your only recourse is to file a complaint with the exchange on which the stock trades. The exchange should have access to the time and sales data and might use it to help you resolve your case. Best of luck in resolving this matter in a peaceful manner.

Dan

Ask Steve Goldman your question on this thread. He is a valuable resource.

Doormouse, if you send me a PM with the info what stock you look for, I can look it up in qcharts (which supplies time and sales, best bid, best ask for each stock some years back) and post you the file .

Don't forget to put the year, Dec 9 199x and a rough time frame (hours)
