Just looked it up in the '96 FP survey of industrials - when it was pcap it traded in '95 1.10 high, 0.26 low, 0.28 close ... and in '94 2.65 high, 0.50 low, 0.60 close .... then it says they were proposing a 1-for-3 rollback as of June '96, which i think went through at the same time as the change of ticker to pica ... so the all-time high is 3 x 2.65 = 7.95 ... that make sense? Outstanding is shown as of 31/12/95 at 19,145,757 ... small losses and no profits shown '92-'95, pretty much a development stage then.
