I am making an assumption (so take it for what it's worth) but often after acquisitions G+A increase. After time for assimilation and full integration, the increased overhead gets reduced as management changes are made to streamline reporting and remove redundant functions.

Can anyone tells me some smaller players in Semi/wireless/telecommunication area? I am especially interested in other component suppliers to a CDMA/TDMA phone sets or switch/receiver, and fiber optics semiconductors,
