Seymour on vod as relates to AOL/TWX and DSL:
thestreet.com

No mention of vendors but a compelling read anyway.

Also wondering where SEAC currently stands in TWX's eyes.

caveat,

Seachange's video servers and clusters provide the best
competitive value for both the cable itv model and the internet streaming video model. The Seachange MediaServer
organizes commodity parts (pcs, disk arrays, ethernet
controllers) with their video streaming drivers into
a fault tolerant, load balancing cluster ("raid squared").
Clusters can be further organized into various hierachial configurations for additional robustness and scaling.
Seachange competitors simply can't match their breakeven costs of providing fault-tolerant, scalable, video streams.

Moreover, no other company's equipment provides as many hours of digital video distribution every day. Seachange
is unarguably TODAY'S leader in video servers.
