TXN was definitely not overvalued 5 years ago. I began buying it at 15 times earnings in the fall of 1993. It has now reached moderate overvaluation on its way, I believe, to a ridiculous multiple two or three years out. INTC still looks reasonable as well. AOL never sold at a decent price, but MSFT and CSCO came close a few times.

I agree with you. Qualcomm is still less than half the value of Nokia, for example. But you won't get another 20 bagger out of it.
