So they beat the street by 4 cents and the stock goes down. I wonder if that might have something to do with a net book just over a buck a share plus 31 million in NEGATIVE GROSS margin on 114 million in sales. WOW.....they darn sure better get one whale of a "sequential growth" number next quarter or we'll be looking at a negative net worth. And if this is all the revenue they can get out of a 73% GMR/MR mix its going to have to largely come from unit growth, not asp improvement, i.e. customers better make a huge lot more drive units, (with lower average heads per drive so they can make some money). It looks to me like they have to go from 11 million units to 15-16 million next quarter just to cut their losses in half. Am I missing something here?????
