Who does the CEO report to? The Board of Directors. Who is the head of the BoD? The Chairman of the Board. Who is the Chairman of the Board? Steve Case! Has anyone seen any information on the composition of the new board? --Islander99

Ritch,I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on this point. Steve is still COTB but there are also lots of other guys on these boards. It has always seemed to me that the CEO is the guy calling the shots on a day to day basis. Steve is a executive of the company and if someone else is Chief then Steve is under him. I want Steve as head honcho nothing less. I say Steve should have keep his CEO position. I want him absolutely in charge,it is his vision that made AOL what it is. Who is COTB and CEO of Microsoft,you better believe it's Bill Gates. Once again I technically agree with what you say and thanks for the post. Good luck.
