Because Ignore doesn't work in SI classic, and all the people that need to dump can do it without any restriction. You, of course, can freely glide through the glades of SI classic, as you are safe from being dumped on. I, on the other hand, have incited the wrath of people who won't leave me alone, and New SI is a safe haven. I leave them alone, they leave me alone. Much better this way.
