Well, okay.....

It's the Bill of Rights plus:
if I don't <blank> my wife before driving to the
voting booth, I'll go crazy.

which means that the strict scutiny analysis applies
to all rights guaranteed in the Bill of Rights plus
1. the right to procreate
2. the right to travel
3. the right to vote
4. the right for the mentally impaired to be left
alone and not incarcerated without due process

I always liked that one.
Never forgot it.
