any comments about the public records in the following three posts? They turned up in a Lexis search of criminal court records in California and Florida. I must emphasize that I have no knowledge of whether any of the persons named in these records are the same person as the Chairman of Hitsgalore. What I do know about the Chairman of Hitsgalore is the following, from the company's 10k: In 1992, Mr. Reed was convicted at trial of wire fraud and unlawful use of access device and served a 10 month sentence in a federal prison camp and successfully completed the rest of his term on supervised release.
