Quantum Corp.'s DLT & Storage Systems Group (DSS) warned that it expects to report
third-quarter earnings of 30 cents a share, below the 34 cents that Wall Street had been
expecting. The computer storage company said it had flat to lower unit shipments in the quarter.

Earnings Calendar: Besides Yahoo's earnings, Tuesday will also bring the second-quarter
report of disk-drive maker Seagate Technology (SEG), which reports its second quarter after the
markets close; analysts expect earnings of 9 cents a share.
