Mr D, I'm concerned about: "In preparation of the growth expectations of INFE, the Board of Directors have also voted to approve a re-capitalize the company's authorized shares and create 100 million authorized common shares and 20 million preferred shares through a shareholder vote that is scheduled this month. The new capitalization will give the Company additional flexibility to perform acquisitions and raise capital in the future." Is this dilution? Also nowhere was it said that shareholders of record would receive any dividend stock spinoffs of INFE in these new corporate entities. Bob

Mr. D, will you be voting for the massive increase in authorized shares? Vote probably hangs on you. Here's your chance to let stockholders know what will be happening. They should know if the chance for incredible dilution in the future is there.
