john z ...IATV will get a boost with the secondary offering, the road show will drive up institutional interest and buying into IATV. Investment bankers /brokers will issue upgrades on IATV shortly after the secondary is sold out. This will send a wake-up call to Wall Street that will drive up more buying interest in IATV. IATV will show expanding revenue streams and expanding earnings for many years to come as interactive tv/internet convergence expands worldwide. This is like buying AOL in the early 1990's ,,,before most people had a vision of what the PC/Internet was all about imo. The questions to raise for the next 5 years is how much revenue will IATV have each year, what will the EPS be, at what rate of growth is IATV expanding revenue and earnings, how many times will they split and how much will a share today be worth in 5 years. look at this article on IATV published Jan 7th for a start: smallcapsonline.com
