Barton, <<chip. What is causing movement with this stock?>> IMO CHIP is moving on the speculation that they will merge with an e-commerce company. CHIP's filings specifically spells out that objective. It's a clean fully reporting shell. See my RB <CHIP> post that spells out my speculation: ragingbull.com . I have mixed feelings about seeing the speculation raise the stock price, it could hurt any merger by raising the cost for the private company. On the other hand, it leaves more value for CHIP shareholders the higher the stock price for any deal. I suspect we are still OK even at $0.10/share, a capitalization for LS of $2.7MM and I have a target for CHIP at $0.40+ on the merger. Of course this is all my speculation, a guess, and not a buy recommendation. Investors could loose almost all their money if there isn't a merger.

BTW, CHIP's Montle has already demonstrated doing a successful e-commerce as a dividend for CHIP shareholders in the past. He knows how to do it, has done it.
