With prosperity comes peace, the world has to be more protective of properties. Peace on earth comes with the need of law and order. Security comes by having law and order. Law and order is but an insurance against loss of property. Civilized society tax to have police departments in the towns and cities. In building this new economy, law and order to preserve peace comes to the fore front. Many lands on this earth, has no economy and therefore no security. No police may mean bandits roam and terrorized the people and prevent the establishment of an economy. It is time to expand the new economy to other parts of the world. Slowly expanding to the neighboring land developed is the way. The question of chicken or egg being the first can not be answered. But the economy being the first to build then the security can be paid for is obvious. Police is not troops. Troops are law and order by guns, not by laws of logic and reason. The time has come.
