Do you have a link were I can get a feeling of that move? Þ know they are on other board of director for other companies, maybe something to do with that.

Hi Sili, where you on the Bidcom BB at one point? I think I remember you. That was the good old days with all the intense activity. Anyway I spoke to IR, Mark Krakower about this issue. And from what I understand it looks like that what they did with the 24 million shares. These shares are not exercisable for the next 12 months. It put's the total outstanding shares to around 84 millions including a recent private placement. Also IFM cannot sell the 6 millions shares until 2001 I'm not a specialist but you can call him at 514 848-0803 if need a better explanation. Syl98
