All the reasons you quote make the fiber optics leaders highly sought. Barriers to entry are extremely high. The same reasons make it difficult if not impossible for there to be one winner. Why? Because you can't just decide to compete with any given product. By the time you've brought it to market and received certification your competition will be on to the next level. Those who understand this own all the leaders not just the one most pumped in the press --- or crowned by an author's metaphor based on an artificial set of criteria. (I'd love to see Moore come out with a sequel, "Gorillas in Drag," or "Gorilla Queens.":)) Dostoevsky's Grand Inquisitor would understand. . . but that's another story . . . Cheers! Pat
