equity...exactly,

At this point everything seems plausible, and possible! <g>

Great thoughts though, really... and much appreciated. Keep raising the bar with those good posts, I'm sure we will all try to do the same.

Best Regards,

John Madarasz

Hi equity

I hope you are right!! The last time GMGC revamped the site was for the MYTALK launch. Prior to that the site was always very well maintained.

I am still believing

Your dream and the ensuing ideas are great. Pls forward them to GMGC.

I have been long since b4 the stock was at $1.00, so it has been a long and at times frustrating hold. The discussions on this board are the best and have made me feel that I was part of a community going through the same process.

From my perspective, I am Psychologist that works with large organizations in managerial and organizational development, GMGC is run by a technician, not a manager.

In addition, he does not understand marketing the org, taking advantage of business situations in a proactive manner, or the effect of communication or the lack of communication.

The upside is the SM IS a technician and is likely to be organized and in control enough to manage the development of the implementation processes.

I do not think that you can really read anything into the lack of info from the company because his style is likely to be to hunker down and get it done rather than maintain a broad multi focus or communications. Remember, over time organizations take on the patterns of their leaders.

I may be wrong in my hypotheses. I have never met the man, but I have watched and experienced the process for several years as an investor. As usual, time will tell.

Anyway, I truly enjoy the quality of the conversation here and wanted to enter it.

G

Not a bad thought, but do you know what OnStar received for their $15mm (i.e., stocks, warrants, etc.) and at what price, and what the total potential dilution is?
