Just hung up with Gen Magic. I won't mention names because although I've been treated better at McDonald's drive-thrus, it's not my style to lay judgement on people. So here it goes.....short and non-productive call IMO, but FWIW: -I was told that the site is being updated, and that there is a batch of new information being added to it as we speak (probably nothing we have not seen on the wires). -There is supposed to be a new Markman letter soon in conjunction with more PR's. -I was told that they are extremely busy and I was alerted to the fact that the volume in the stock was very high and the GMGC price has doubled (wow, I didn't know that). -I asked if GenMagic was representing at the Detroit show and the reply was: "No we are not there, OnStar is there." -I mentioned that I was concerned as an investor because of recent rumors, and the reply was that GenMagic does not post "rumors" on their website and they do not release "fluff" PR's. BTW, I was not in any way implying that GMGC should publish rumors on their site. -They gave me the standard "We are not at liberty to comment on takeover rumors" statement as well (which I understand). This probably does not help matters, but I thought I would throw it in. This is by far the most informative forum for GMGC. You guys (you know who you are), do a great job. B
