Can you all feel it- we are on the verge of the most spectacular technology explosion we've seen yet. The AOL/TW merger, all the new applications and gadgtes, the internet growing exponentially, etc. This will make our world as consumers so much better, but as AMAT stockholders ( infrastructue begins here) we reap the benefits no matter who makes the chips to support it all.
My prediction- $250/share by this time next year, with the outlook then even better than it is now. On the SI boards alone, its virtually impossible to keep up with all the new tech companies springing up everywhere. All this interconnectivity is allowing progress to leap forward at speeds incomprehensible even 2 years ago.
Strap in and hold tight.
