JB: I am aware of how mislead Gary Bauer is on the MSFT issue as he views them as "big business" and the beneficiary of corporate welfare. Orin Hatch is just carrying the water for his consituency Caldera, Novell et al. Jackson is a Republican and is a Regan appointee - must have been an early symptom of his Alzheimers. Nevertheless the Repubs are the more pro-enterprise of the two meaningful parties and despite attempts to change the platform they are still pro-life. And pro-life is my litmus test for being a part of the human race. Thanks for the lesson on politics however this suit would have never materialized in a Republican Administration. Regards, JFD
