True. I'm just trying to read the possible divergences I see forming. Of course, it wouldn't be the first time an index rallied strongly to negate a divergence.

As for making that prediction for the start of this year, there was too much Y2K and year-end bonus money ready to enter the market at that point. As those source are drained, it will be more difficult to sustain the rallies.
