like i guessed, the $13.50 price paid by VIA will act like a ceiling until S3 can announce some positive cash flow activities and revenue growth in it core graphics business. Then it will stop trading as a negative cash flow basis (below book value) and trade as a growth company again.

If any funds are buying this company, it will be value players. there will be a transition from value to growth that will take several months.
