Straight... You make some very valid points...

I will say in General Magic's defense that they have always promptly returned my messages on both e-mail and by telephone.

Laura Crowley does a great job in my opinion handling a probable deluge of what I can only imagine to be repetitive and probably less than congenial calls and e-mails.

But you are correct... Investor Relations job is to handle shareholder concerns and issue timely information about the company to potential and current shareholders alike. I am currently a long term shareholder in MSGI, and the CEO and certain responsible members of the online community have worked together to appoint an ombudsperson to address questions and concerns of shareholders with the company, and CEO... it works.

David Wetherill, the CEO of CMGI played a vital role in the same type of successful forum. Please refer to these posts to see what I mean...

Again, I don't think it is about "bugging" or harrasing the company into action, but rather cooperating in a responsible and respectful fashion.

This is a company in charge of technology that carries truly awesome potential. I for one would love to see it realized to the fullest extent.

Thanks for the good posts...

Best Regards,
