The other issue with TRAC is server capacity, and delivering the level of service that has been promised. Intra-day charts take minutes to load during market hours but only 2 seconds at night. AIQ data feed is very slow, with frequent disconnects. And trying to get a "broker" (ever wonder why TRAC calls them "agents"??) on the phone takes at least a 20 minute wait!!

I have sold my TRAC stock (see my previous post - I really think the MM's want to see TRAC fail), but will keep my account (I also have AB Watley & AMTD). I want to see how the wireless and Linux systems pan out, and I would really like to see TRAC mgmt stand up for it's clients and demand a better level of service from NITE and HRZG!!
