Thread: Can anyone comment on the question rajmg on the RB QCOM board posted this morning?

ragingbull.com

This is a question for anyone. I read in Business week yesterday that
DoCoMo has their own CDMA tech.
It says "The technology was developed by the US military and
commercialized first by Qualcomm Copr. But DoCoMo enhanced
the basic platform with its own, homegrown mathematics."
I would feel better to be reasured that QCOM owns CDMA tech. So
does that mean DoCoMo pays royalites to Qualcomm?
