idc scares me a little now, the only company that covered them just dropped coverage, now maybe they just didnt understand their patent portfolio, or couldnt get management to communicate, but that is a red
flag to me, rande made a pretty good call when he said the momentum was leaving at 60 yesterday, would be cautious here, there is gap at 37

IDC is under attack by short sellers, notably Manny Asensio. I'd leave it alone until it shows a high volume flushout/reversal.
