Small investors are buying after good news. NETP has a history of negative correlation w/ NAZ, and NETP is news driven stock w/ huge swings. Sold half position @ 66+ (bought ~ low 30s). Want to load more JDSU, or buy my QCOM if they pulls back again. If not, will load back some NETP in 50s.
