UFB!

Besides a $29 billion overnight windfall for all Time Warner's shareholders, the five top executives in the deal can pocket once-in-a-lifetime payoffs totaling nearly $1.8 billion -- bigger than any lottery in history.

AOL's two top bosses -- billionaire founder Steve Case, 41, and his No. 2 Bob Pittman, the 45-year-old founder of MTV -- each get staggering special bonuses they wouldn't have gotten their hands on for years.

Case can collect $747.1 million and Pittman can take in $735.5 million. That's because a clause in their contracts unlocks stockpiles of options if there's a merger, allowing them to cash in stock options which they otherwise weren't able to touch for five years or longer.
