It looks to me that after Noorda's success this is exactly what will happen They have put MSFT on notice. They took the proper legal steps and issued the "cease and desist". IF MSFT does it again and Jackson issues his conclusions of law you go for a restraining order against their restraint of trade conduct. Incidentally Novell must have a few legal minds working on what they do if MSFT tries its monopoly tactics on them again and the anti-trust case isn't settled. Its worth spending more money on this in my opinion via outside intellectual property counsel.
