U.S. SEC SAYS SETTLES REVENUE MANIPULATION CHARGES AGAINST INFORMIX<IFMX.O>

That sounds like a settlement to me. Waiting for some real news item.

I think it is ... stock was down 2 1/4 now recovered and down ONLY 15/16... I was too slow on the trigger. :-(

DJ Headline news posted the SEC charges as if they were new.I panic sold 3000 shares at 9.

They added the settlement news a few minutes later .Dow Jones should be sued for this.
