OK, here is more on NSTG... First of all the web site is live and running now. Has 21 city specific sites at this time. The web site is a start. What we are really looking forward to is the following: 1. Acquisitions: Within the next two weeks NSTG expects financing to acquire two more companies. They need paper to do this and shares issued will be restricted for at least a year. These acquisitions will enhance the strength of NSTG in the web sector. I don't know what the companies are because they won't (and they shouldn't) tell me. 2. Work is well underway on the IVR (Internet Virtually Reality) thing. This is going to be absolutely huge. On one of my trips to S FL, I got a chance to see some of the graphics that will be used. It is as good as anything on the market and will be available through the internet. The best part of the whole thing, is you will be able to select a character to go into the virtual games and even chat rooms. Once you are in the game or chat room, you will be able to interact with others as you would as if you were actually there, except you will be able to be the character of your choice. This is all about virtual reality. I really believe Virtual Reality through the internet and now through the TV with the merger of AOL/Time Warner etc... In order to appreciate all this and what Veearecity.com is doing, you have to have an open mind about the future of TV and the internet. This is why I am so strong on this stock. What is the timeline? Well, work on the IVR has been underway for awhile now but emphasis has been on getting Veearecity.com live. Now that Veearecity.com is live, efforts will go almost totally to bringing up the IVR games and chat rooms. Expect IVR to come into beta testing within the next few weeks with a full launch of all the IVR games/chat rooms by late spring/early summer. 3. It must be remembered that Veearecity.com is a subsidiary of NSTG.... NSTG management feels the value of Veearecity.com to the shareholders may be in effect a spin-off of Veearecity.com (the name will be changed sometime soon... to what they don't know yet) into another publicly traded entity... If they chose this route, a dividend of shares would be the result. Regardless of how they decide to handle this, it will be beneficial to NSTG shareholders which is the goal of Norstar management. 4. NSTG has some other media things in the works (again, they won't tell me what) which they expect to announce shortly... some of these are joint projects with companies we have all heard of. I will continue to post updates on NSTG as they happen. Tom
