Tippet: I realize that many are already crushed. That doesnt mean they wont take on additional water. I cant see how interest rates wont rise given the amount of money that has been created in the last year and especially the last 6mo. The only other out is a really big decline in the stock market. Something I dont view as possible (near term ie within 1 year) with current leadership at the FED and an election cycle coming.. <imo>
