Actually, I think this might be a break for investors in IFMX (providing you didn't sell on the initial DJ news). This settlement takes a lot of the uncertainty out of the stock, as we no longer have to worry about what the SEC is going to do. It should also take out any more potential shareholder lawsuits related to the charges. We also know that the new management team is doing a pretty good job of turning the company around, especially in the last six months or so. If they can keep up a couple of quarters of good growth, I think we see this stock take off and trade more inline with competitors.
