Speaking of property values, I was just over at the courthouse for lunch, and quizzed a title examiner on how the housing market is going, as is my wont. She said it's so dead she had to ask her father for financial assistance, and the lady in question was definitely at least 40. Someone else said, well, it's that time of year, which is somewhat true, this is the doldrums for the housing market, but the weather has been very warm, which is usually a plus.
